PAYMENTS
We accept pound sterling cash payments and most major Debit and Credit cards.
PARTS & VEHICLES
Ownership of all supplied parts and/or vehicles remains with Richard Dalton Ltd. until such time as they are paid for in full, errors and omissions excepted.
Payment is required in full on collection of vehicle.
DISCOUNTS
Any discount vouchers or offers cannot be exchanged or refunded for any cash value.
COMPLAINTS
Any queries or complaints regarding customer service or Vehicle Service, repairs and MOTS may be raised directly with Richard Dalton in person, by post or by email to: richard@richard-dalton.com.
